The pool has dirt laying in the bottom and doesn't look like its been cleaned for weeks. Hot tub is the same. Also, I was walking by the front desk last evening and heard one of the employees utter an F-bomb talking about some of her friends. Not exactly what I expect at a Marriott chain. I'm a plat so I just expect a lot better. That's why I posted. Just wondered what others have done when they've ran into these situations.

If you have not gotten a satisfactory response from management,at this point I would ask to be moved to another Marriott property nearby-at your current rate. If management denies it, I would definitely call Customer Relations and explain the situation.

I can easily understand renovations, especially if the website warned of them. But to not have the use of the on site amenities, especially at a FI, which has few to begin with, is not what I would consider to be providing a service you are paying for.

I would also suggest that you name the property here,as most of us on FT rely on informed feedback from others.
