First I had to call to clear security. Then they send a user ID in the post. Then I need to remember which password I originally used. I've forgotten it, then need to set a new password and some memorable information which both need to have numbers in them. And once I do that, I need to phone them again to clear security.
Am I right in thinking that it's easier to stick with statements by post?
It is a nightmare, but you may find it easier to keep track of your remaining credit limit and to monitor interim payment credits online if you intend on blowing your credit limit out of the water several times a month (well, for three months anyway
).
My three months finishes today so at least I can now relax, count the Avios earned, and start spending the accumulated gift cards. Believe me, it is worth it in the end.
