Called to cancel since the annual fee is due in 4 days & I also have the new UA Explorer card. Transferred to a "senior" retention specialist who offered $100, 10k miles or 2 Pres Club passes. (Yes, she did say President's Club). Took the 10k miles.
Weeks ago had emailed looking for retention offers and got nothing. Would always call from now on.
