Then the ZW is almost certainly correct. There have been plenty of issues with upgrades posting as Z rather than Z_ like they should. It remains to be seen how they will go back and clean things up.
So following this logic, what would ZC mean? C ticket processed as Z? I had a business ticket that I tried to upgrade with a GPU but it never cleared. It just posted as ZC/ZC with only 100% PQM/1 PQS. I'll give it a few days before I call but wanted to see if anyone else has seen something like this.
