I personally think that's "over-doing" it. I am all for taking cautious measures and protecting privacy in the virtual world. We just have to choose wisely and watch out which services/companies provide enough protection for our financial info.
Nope.
It's not that people aren't careful where they surf, but I personally know of several legit "forum" websites that were hacked and malicious code injected as people entered the site.
