Gold member here. One-night Friday night (reward) stay at one of these 2 hotels. Attending a short conference at the nearby Intercontinental. Any big difference between the 2? (I am familiar with the locations of both physically so that is not my concern--I realize the Marriott is a tad closer than the REN.)
I usually stay at the Ren because I can get a better park stay and fly rate there and it has met our needs. The shuttle will take you to any restaurant and pick you up within a 1 and 1/2 mile radius if not busy with airport. As mentioned free breakfast and two weeks ago I had a room with digital TV's in both the bedroom and living area.
