...they couldn't even do the basics and remember to contact me at their personally owned stopover hotel in Muscat regarding a same day change to our flights for which I already held the boarding cards.
An absolute disgrace IMO. I could put a fancy dress Oman Air uniform on my 4year old and she could do a better job...again IMHO of course...
