Wow, someone on this board actually thinks rationally instead of just blindly choosing a side like it is a presidential election?!

1.) Picking SHARES when maybe they should have went with PMUA
2.) Forcing ahead with a less than stellar IT infrastructure and seemingly assuming that the worst will never happen
3.) Not adaquately training all frontline employees
4.) Not promoting a "We" culture as required in a merger

I agree that SHARES has caused a number of issues but UA has failed on many other fronts beyond just the IT issues we face.
