Yes but where we are today is not solely on CO's shoulders, it is the fault of all the current UA executives (PMCO and PMUA alike). It was this team that has dropped the ball with...
1.) Picking SHARES when maybe they should have went with PMUA
2.) Forcing ahead with a less than stellar IT infrastructure and seemingly assuming that the worst will never happen
3.) Not adaquately training all frontline employees
4.) Not promoting a "We" culture as required in a merger

I agree that SHARES has caused a number of issues but UA has failed on many other fronts beyond just the IT issues we face.
