The fact is most of the problems being currently encountered are not only the result of CO's antiquated systems, but they have been there all along, covered and patched up so that their limitations were not so obvious.
Amen. Kellner only kept around free meals and that's it. Pillows and blankets were hidden as well (kept on board, you had to ask an F/A). As a matter of fact, I still think he's a dummy for not merging with UA when he could have in 2008.
