I've been on the sidelines for most of the past two years after a couple of 1K years due to some family health issues and it's been interesting to see the high level of complaints directed at UA post-merger. I'll be back in the air in a couple of months but am quite ambivalent about continuing with UA, particularly since I'm now only Silver and after hearing so many complaints among 1Ks concerning upgrades, treatment, etc. I'll probably start off with UA but be willing to consider the dAArk side should things be bad. I'm close enough to MM with UA that my decisions could be influenced by that as well, but if I'm dissatisfied enough with UA, then the MM perks might not be so good anyway.
