Careful with Sheraton Buenos Aires not crediting Platinum amenity points
I am fighting with SPG and the above mentioned hotel which refuses to post my 500 Plat amenity pretending they gave me a Platinum amenity. I have asked repeatedly what the amenity was to no avail.
I have contacted SPG which has been quite proactive but with no positive results since the hotel will not recognize its mistake.
What really angers me is that I have been staying at this hotel for more than 15 years several times a year and they still do not give me a break.
Very frustrating indeed
