I just called Sun Country and here's what the CS told me:

1) The tickets are non-transferable. If the phone l ine is under my name, the ticket will go under my name. I'm not sure if we could get around this by saying that the phone line is under a different name - hmmm...

2) The voucher is only good for 1 segment. For example. For me to fly out of LAX to Dulles it would be considered 2 RT tickets, therefore require 2 vouchers. But, they have more direct destinations than is listed on their site. FE, LAX goes to Detroit, Boston, Minneapolis & possibly one more. So, I might still use this for a flight to Boston.
