I have wondered about the sun country offer, have an old mailing with june 30 expiration on the offer.

A couple of questions: Does anyone know if the offer is current and if so is there a 'code' that goes with it. Second, is the certificate usable by anyone or just the person named on the phone bill? Third, are there restrictions listed on the certificate....blackouts, capacity control, etc.
