Does ExpertFlyer still work for CX after the system change?
Since CX's reservation system change, I've found ExpertFlyer is inconsistent with what MPO is telling me about upgrade availability. I know ExpertFlyer has never had CX upgrade award data, but previously I found that if a flight was showing D and I class availability, I could upgrade using AsiaMiles. If there were a few seats in J class, I could usually clear the upgrade waitlist.
However, I've tried to upgrade a couple of flights that show availability in J D I since the system change, and each time MPO tells me the flights are oversold in business (with a waitlist for revenue pax). Anyone know what's happening?
