I have taken UA several times, but after my December nightmare to SYD, I will stay away. Upgraded to business class, not impressed with the seats. Then the FA came to offer me wine, and as I asked her where the red wine was from, she tilted the bottle to read it...the uncorked bottle...thats right...I was covered in half bottle of red wine, thank goodness I had their blanket already on me and most of the wine got soaked by that.

Then at breakfast, another FA came around with the hot towels, tripped and spilled the entire tray at my feet/legs.
But the best part of the trip is when I arrived in SYD, and my priority bag was not there.

4 months later and still no bag, apparently the last scan was as it was being put on the LAX domestic belt ( I flew yvr to SYD through lax), "so it must have gone around and around on the arrivals belt in LAX until someone stole it "(those were the exact words of the United baggage claim agent).

And for all that UA offers me $250 to be used only to the USA, and the coupon expires in December 2012.
