Access to Lounges in USA are based on purchased membership not class of travel or form of payment. There are exceptions for same day connection when International with same airline and also for some Transcon flights.

Please remember that these "Lounge Dragons' must see hundreds of folks a day attempting to by-pass the Lounge Entry requirement. Many invaders can get rather irate and abusive. DYKWIA etc.
