Are they really boarding that early, or is that just what is printed on the boarding pass?

I recall that pmUA agreement with their FAs mandated boarding 30 minutes prior to departure for the 757. Has the agreement been modified in some way?

I can't believe UA is paying "overtime" to the FAs for boarding the plane early....

I don't understand the intricacies of labor agreements and integration and how they interact.
