I have the dosh but I don't see flying in First/Business Class as being an important part of how I live my life. Similarly when staying in hotels I sleep just as well in a Travelodge bed as I do in a 5* hotel bed.

A better product is nice to try now and again but for me - a leisure traveller - it's a very unimportant event compared to normal life.
