MCI keeps charging, and charging, and charging...
The opposite of the Energizer battery. After I read the posts about MCI keeping charging, I sent them email saying CANCEL ALL SERVICES. They replied OK two weeks ago and said I would not be billed again.
Guess what? Today I got a bill for $4.45 -- even though my line has been switched to AT&T over a month ago and they are billing me for it too.
Luckily I kept the email saved and forwarded it back to them. I'll see how easy it is to get my money back. Otherwise I'll just dispute the charge on my CC.
When I switched from AT&T to MCI a while ago I never got double billed. I like miles, but I think like others on this board I don't want to deal with their non-customer-service.
