I doubt Revel will overturn their decision to stay as a non-smoking property. From what I heard from my friends who work there, they are marketing themselves as a resort instead of a casino. There will be no tier system in the casino as well as comps so definitely not worth it for those who gamble a lot.
Not worth going to the property until they the actual Opening Day which is Memorial Day weekend.
