Points for flight AC 100 YVR to YYZ not right
hello all, I recently flew YYZ to YVR ( collected the usual 2078 status miles)

then flight home (AC 100 YVR to YYZ) is showing in my online Aeroplan account as just 520 miles ( and they do not appear to be status miles??

Two questions

1) has anyone seen this before and if so why is that?

2) how do I get it corrected?
