Avis packet says "don't return the car when we're closed!", but location has ltd hrs!
The location has an after hour packet / key dropoff (as to do all rental facilities at this small airport*), and yet on the packet (which is generic Avis) it warns you not to return the car when the location is closed.

Right hand, please see left hand!

*LBB airport has flights leaving at 6 am on AA, 6 am on UA, and 6:45 am on WN, and yet neither Avis nor anyone else has a desk open until at least 7 am. What, are we not supposed to take early flights if we rent cars, Avis Corporate???
