Question about the Nordstrom deal

Hi all. The Nordstrom 36 points/dollar offer was a great deal, and I got in on it and bought my mom a nice watch. Unfortunately, she didn't like the style, and returned it and then bought a new watch. I've already booked (and used) one ticket using the miles, and have one more remaining that I have already booked (but haven't used), so now my avios statement is showing as negative (however, the main page lists my avios as 0 points). I was wondering what people suggest that I do, since I have used one ticket, and I'm worried that I'll be charged for the full price of the ticket if I call them and alert them to it.
