I do think BA should look at this a bit more closely, clearly people are bothered by it. Whether you think it's a big thing or not is subjective, but it's human nature to expect at least an acknowledgement of your concerns.
I recently posted up about a mixed bag of BA experiences, some of which were complaints which I sent into CR, to receive an identical email to that posted above. Yes, the 15k Avios are lovely but it doesn't specify, apart from "We take your comments seriously", what they're going to do about it.
Doesn't inspire confidence.
