Had a situation with two GPUs not clearing - one for me, one for a colleague. When I was finally connected to an MP agent it was for the first - and, please dear God, make it the last too! - time I had the pleasure of getting Manila on the phone. After a phone call lasting one hour, he finally assured me the whole thing was taken care of. One of them reappeared in my account. When I finally gathered the strength to call back, I got through to a US-based agent who demanded to know my colleague's MP number. Well, he doesn't have one - if UA was his usual carrier I daresay he could have supported his own upgrade. She was quite nonplussed by this, but fortunately she was able to take care of it starting from his ticket number. The GPU reappeared immediately into my account, but frankly, I had a feeling that if I hadn't been an honest man, and requested the redeposit of two rather than one GPU,, I would have received them both.
