Ever since CX has cut over to the new reservation system, it has increasingly been frustrating dealing with the Asia Miles/MPO service centre to make redemption bookings for both Y and J class.
Moreso, the bookings for upgrade rewards are not issued in time and linked to the revenue tickets and thus, the mileage credit for original booking class is not tracked and having to call the hard to get call centre to have this credited to one's account.
I am still puzzled why the upgrade reward functionality has been removed from the website and here you have CX telling the members to manage your booking online - how can I do this for upgrade redemption when you have removed this functionality without providing any reasonable rationale. May I ask why has this function been removed?
Overall, as a DM member, I am very disappointed with CX of recent.
