IIRC they do not. I often do a day to South Beach mid week and just rent a car as it is usually cheaper even with tolls, parking and gas. Also, I've had some really bad experiences with MIA cab drivers. I swear half of them seem to be hopped up on crack. I value my life too much to get out on the Dolphin Expressway in traffic with them at the wheel.

I generally use a hotel shuttle, occassionally Super Shuttle or a car service or sometimes a rental car. Never a cab to and from the airport.
