Paradox - C flex less expensive than C basic plus
Looking at flights from LAX to FRA on 4/21, return on 4/29. 'Basic Plus' ($12347.46) and 'Flex' ($10892.46) both book into C but the less expensive Flex offers free rebooking and cancellation. Is this a glitch?
