Absolutely. I've also seen "Brunch" listed on the departure screens for meal service, which winds up being the same as lunch. In practice, Lunch, Brunch and Snack are all the same meals (at least on midcons).
There's also a "Continental Breakfast" departure monitor designation that makes appearances on the ORD-DFW, ORD-LGA, ORD-EWR, ORD-DCA, ORD-RDU and DFW-DEN flights as examples. Basically it's just one meal option vs. two of the normal breakfast rotation on AA (omelette, cereal, oatmeal, etc.) plus yogurt. This can vary depending on direction of travel (block times are right on the cusp of being in or out of meal windows) e.g. BOS-ORD is "Breakfast" while ORD-BOS is "Continental Breakfast".

Particularly when the ex-LAX (and SFO) midcons that depart at 9:30AM for DFW or ORD serve lunch.
