I do take requests, though no guarantees on them being honored.
I'm working through consolidating a few things this week and should be able to add a few more airports into the mix in a few days.

I could, I suppose.
It is a publicly available booking engine that is not based in the USA and which happens to be somewhat reasonable to query in an aggressive manner.

This is a very difficult task and depends on a number of different things. There is the validity of the fare and the actual inventory as the two main factors and, while the former is generally pretty consistent the latter changes all the time as passengers book and the airlines play with their inventory management systems. In the past I had the ability to take the published fare list and quickly push that into the ITA search engine to allow users to leverage their 30-day search interface to go from published to available. The changes to ITA in January have limited the ability to do that easily, though I'm working on a few things that might help that out.
So the short answer right now is "no" but I'm definitely working on it.
