I hear that. I loved T-Mo's excellent customer serviced, that was actually BASED in the United States. A refreshing change. I did note that last time I called, I got an overseas office. I read on T-Mo's Customer Feedback website that T-Mo has switched some of it's customer service overseas. It's either luck of the draw or your pattern of calling C.S. that now dictates if you go to a foreign call center or not for C.S.

I'm also grandfathered in to the $20 a month unlimited BlackBerry plan. And for $10 a month each I have unlimited T-Mo hotspot at Home WiFi for my cell calls - all WiFi calls are free, Five Faves - any 5 numbers on each of my cell phones are completely free, and T-Mo's at home Unlimited Home Phone Service for my business and home phone lines - VOIP. These grandfathered plans no longer exist. I've got a good deal that happens to work for me.
