unfortunately i can only confirm the previous experiences. no plat recognition, charged for the bag, dusty room, preoccupied staff... though i really enjoyed the quality of the food (had breakfast, room service and dinner), the service was slow even though there was barely business in the hotel. i had brought this up to the gm who requested further details (which i provided) but i did not receive any further follow up.

the property has a lot of potential given it's location and the quality of the hardware, but the service, even though it is now already open for half a year, definitely has to improve.
