This does depend a bit on where you're flying to - I often fly LHR-ARN-LHR and if you're on BA0780 or BA0781 it's (usually?) a 767 ... so you get to turn left when you board and the seats are up front are most definitely different to those further back. It also feels like a premium cabin, not just like the "curtained-off bit" at the front ...
