When I discovered the joy of Flyertalk, I decided to try CE LHR - AMS and back as I had never flown anything other than economy. Did I think it worth paying more than say £10 extra? No. Have stuck with economy within Europe since, even though I'd hate to have to fly economy longhaul again.
