I always thought AT&T was a pretty solid company so I let my daughter sign up for a cell phone with them (Cellular One). They told her that since she had no credit history, they would only extend credit of $100/month and then the phone would shut down. Her first bill was $300! It took MANY calls from me and a letter to the president to get $200 taken off her bill and the phone cancelled. Flakes!
