a) where, and how, exactly, are you trying to "add" the FF numbers? Why didn't you do this when buying the tickets, and filling in the names of each passenger?
b) If you're trying on KLM.com, try on airfrance.com instead. Or have you tried at the Korean Air website? There is absolutely no reason why you should have to wait until check-in to be able to add your numbers.
The tickets were booked by my secretary directly at Korean Air by telephone.
I asked her to tell them to add my FB number, but when I got the e-tickets it was not mentioned anywhere. I flew with Korean Air a few weeks ago, and I was able to add the numbers during the web check-in on the Korean Air site (on the first step it asks you to add your awards number, and you can select KL from the drop-down and add the number), but this time when I tried to add the KL number in the web check-in it said "KL Please note that your booking class is not eligible for the mileage accrual" for some reason.

But everything turned out fine, when I went to the airport I just gave them the number and they added it manually and everything was fine. It must have been some error on the website.

Last time I flew Korean Air (a few weeks ago) the miles were added to my account within a week after flying and I expect the same for this flight, but I did save my boarding passes that show the KL number just to make sure.

I just checked in for my return flight and just did the same (made sure they added the account when I checked in). I am posting this form the Korean Air Prestige lounge now, which leads me to the next question:

- I was downgraded from Gold to Silver per April 1 2012, but I think in the Korean Air system I somehow still show up as Gold (Elite Plus). My return ticket for today was economy, but because it still shows up as Elite Plus they gave me priority baggage and lounge access etc.. Is this common? Does it usually take a while before skyteam partners have the updated status info? Anyone knows how long this usually take?
