Excuse me, but there is no call center in Hibbing. It's in Chisholm, about 6 miles northeast of Hibbing. I've been there several times - it's between McDonald's and the Chisholm Inn and Suites. Maybe you are confusing the call center with the airport, which is Range Regional Airport, formerly Chisholm-Hibbing Municipal Airport (HIB), about 10 miles from the call center.
