As a t-mobile USA long time Blackberry user, this would not make me want to trade in for an iPhone. An unlocked iPhone 4S is still running $649-849 from Apple http://store.apple.com/us/browse/hom...phone/iphone4s. I do like actually paying for my phone and not doing the two year buy-to-own plan of most carriers. But, the price is still too steep. When I replaced my last Blackberry, it was only $275 (if I recall correctly- at least its in the ballpark). I use Apple products in all aspects of my work, and would love to make the switch, but the buy in cost of either an unlocked phone, or a two year contract, with high data charges/plans from AT&T, or Verizon makes me remain with my Blackberry. I also have stuck with T-mobile over the years because of the great customer service and the reasonable costs of their plans. All in all, to switch to an iPhone would either triple my current bill if I went with another carrier, or it would require an expensive buy in to continue on T-mobile. Either way, its not attractive.
