I fly YOW-YYC/YEG almost weekly and I've not had many problems with delays...if anything, the evening YYC-YOW is habitually late, but I guess it's mostly due to end of day delays and waiting for cxns. Out of YOW almost always on time...guess I just screwed myself for the 8:45 departure tomorrow...
