Next time, use this : https://eitr.amadeusasia.com/index.aspx

Type in your CX record locator, and last name and you will see if indeed your ticket has been issued ...

Works with all Amadeus based tickets .. ie BA, CX, QF, LH, OS, TG, BD and soon SQ.
