OP needs to take a deep breath and calm down. OP isn't in a location where anybody takes well to rude or agressive behavior and it's not going to get OP anywhere.

Of course the liquor was taken, it was in checked luggage and it's gone.

As to everything else, file the claim with the carrier and file the claim with your travel insurance. Between them you may see part of your loss.

Stuff happens while traveling and experienced travelers know that expensive luggage and expensive items are for carry-on only.
