Worst airline I've ever flown. Did JFK-KBP-TLV and back with them last summer and it was not a good experience. Flying in to JFK during peak hours? Expect to spend 30-40-60 minutes circling about in the air with no explanation as they get the absolute lower priority when it comes to landing clearance.
Add rude service and dirty airplanes and I'd rather take a sailboat to BKK.
I flew them JFK-KBP r/t a year ago when they had a great sale, it was under $400 after taxes r/t. I found it to be fine, nothing good about it, maybe slightly worse than Aeroflot, but it was on time in both directions. The biggest problem was the wait time at JFK, probably about an hour, for passport control and customs.
Not a great airline but the cheap fares are worth it, I wouldn't hesitate in flying them again.
