Just because AC can't make money, it doesn't follow that fares are still way too cheap. WS is doing well flying similar (domestic) routes without being able to upsell T+ and L fares and I suspect that PD is now profitable.

Maybe it's AC's cost structure that is the problem not fare levels. @:-)
