Yes... Except that as IB uses T4, if you travel in IB+OW you don't use T1 or T2...

I was getting confused because I couldn't remember where passport control is for T2, but then I realized that it's the other way around (TAP is T2 and TG is T1, so you'll be going T2>T1).

As T1 and T2 are joined together (the imaginary "dividing line" is inside one of the buildings), it's probably just a matter of how far apart the gates will be (could be pretty far apart), as all departure gates are on the same floor. You'll arrive on one of the Schengen gates, go through passport control (never seen much of a line here) and then just go to your gate.

(Hopefully someone will confirm this. I live here so I haven't done this myself).

This is somewhat different, as T4 and T4S are two separate buildings (usually one will use the underground train to travel between them). T1-T2-T3 is one big complex.
