I can (barely) tolerate the other downgrades, but the splitting of PNRs is going to force us to fly another airline. Wife and I are 1k; three year-old daughter is Platinum. Wife is travelling with my daughter tomorrow on same PNR when booked. She was upgraded via UDU. PNR was split involuntarily. Daughter is now #5 on upgrade list with F showing booked full. 1k desk can't do a thing about it Where do I begin with the expletives.
