From personal experience when a IB flight from LHR to MAD T4 arrives at T4 there is a PA asking PAX for T4S to stay seated. These PAX are then asked to leave via the rear door and are then driven across to T4S airside.

The MCT for T4 > T4S is 1h 30min. It sounds very tight and possibly illegal but hey this is Spain!
