It is strange, as the rates were just coming up before!
I searched the jumeirah site using their own search for "mastercard" and a link came up for mastercard offers

When I click on that, it asks me to enter my Sirius username/password but then just throws me back to the login screen.
It does this even if I have logged in previously.
It may be worth calling them to see if you can get the 15% off by booking offline using a mastercard, it's worth a shot!
