I did a JER mini-break last year which so-happened to fill the missing 80tps I'd later need for Silver.
MrsFish and I thouroughly enjoyed Jersey, had 'practice' at using the Lounges (a year on its now 2nd nature), and booking with hotel we got 5,000 bonus miles / avios.
In my view JER is worth a mini-break rather than a straight turnaround.
