You gotta love this company.

They've put my card on stop for a week for repeatedly breaking to "terms and conditions", by keeping my account in credit.

So i'm the only one who does this then??

They literally said it was a "punishment" for breaking t&c's. How petty.

The most laughable part of the conversation was:

Me: "Can you unblock my card then, please?"
Agent: "You need to take your account out of credit sir."
Me: "How do i do that with my card blocked?"
Agent: "By spending the credit, sir."
Me: "I can't spend on my card with it blocked...."
Agent: "Oh yeah."



Beginning to wonder if this is actually worth it?
